Important Communique to our customers and the general public.


We are pleased to inform that some of our operations are back to serve you. We kindly request our customers and the public at large to respect the procedures elaborated in this communique for their own safety and the safety of our employees.  


Our sales force has resumed work and is now available to serve you. However, due to the confinement our showrooms are not open yet to the general public. Customers who need to test drive a product, take delivery of their motorcycle / scooter or make payments to book a product should call on 4051000 for more info about how to proceed. Otherwise below are a few procedures to be respected while contacting our sales team:

  1. Clients are kindly requested to contact us ONLY via Email, Telephone, Facebook or Website contact form for any enquiry, quotation request or any other advise.
  2. The sales team will do their best to advise customers by Telephone and Email in order to respect the national protocol of social distancing.
  3. If required to visit the showrooms to see the product, test drive it, sign documents or make payment, clients will be given appointments based on the alphabetical system set by the authorities.


Spare Parts

  1. Customers may order spare parts via telephone on 4051031 (Emcar Spare Parts Bell Village) or 4051131 (Emcar Spare Parts Roches Bois) and come to collect the parts at the counter after taking necessary appointments via telephone.
  2. Indeed customers will be given appointments based on the alphabetical system set by the authorities.



  1. Both Workshops at Bell Village and Roches Bois are now operational.
  2. Clients can book their servicing and repairs via telephone on 4051046 for Bell Village or 4051147 for Roches Bois.


The above listed procedures are applicable at all Emcar showrooms and clients visiting any Emcar branch is humbly requested to abide by all the national sanitary measures such as social distancing and wearing of masks among others. Social distancing marks are clearly visible at all Emcar areas. We rely on the kind understanding and cooperation of our customers and the public in this difficult context.
